Description : The idea of staring to build floating island – atolls – is not a new idea, but it is certainly a good idea; and as I have understood more and more people and starting to think about it.

The former "house" of culture, Cyclopen, in Stockholm (Sweden) is thinking about getting floated, I have seen several houses sailing around the world and I am sure there are a lot of people living on boats.

What we now need to do is to get all of these nomad houses to get together and form cities on the water.

But first you need to make yourself a floating house i guess. So, take a barge, a lighter or any other kind of floating device. Build a house or some kind of living quarters on it. Get some solar panels and water purifiers and some other thing necessary to survive and set sail.
Now, check out the social network at lifeclouds.org to find out where there are boats starting to get together. And float over there. When enough water houses are at the same place, and tied together, an atoll is created.

And then we can stretch a great net within the circle of prams, get in to our wet suits and play games in the circle and we can have our children there and we can develop a new culture.
